ONE GOOD COMMUNITY is a mental health programme happening across Bray during September and October, leading up to World Mental Health Day. Youthspin as part of Bray Youth Service is one the organisations helping to make it happen.

Over the course of four weeks organisations across the town will be hosting activities in line with JIGSAW’s ‘5 a day for mental health’ approach.  They will be promoting wellbeing with activities that are easy to do by yourself or with others.

If looking within County Wicklow for wellbeing and Mental health Services, the  Wicklow Community Directory – Wellbeing/Mental Health Services  website is a good starting point.  It includes a section where you can find out about  Counselling in Co Wicklow.
